Based in Lindsay, CA, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sourced from estate grown Sevillano olives. The block X heirloom trees, some over 100 years old, are cared for by Giulio and Rachelle, a husband and wife team who rehabilitated this grove in the Central Valley in celebration of California’s original olive history. Ola is small batch and hand harvested.
